GC-MS测定白酒中塑化剂内、外标方法的比较 被引量:1

Determination of Plasticizer in Liquor by GC-MS With Internal and External Standard Methods

摘要 研究基于GC-MS建立了白酒中两种塑化剂(DBP、DEHP)的定量方法,并同时对内标法、外标法进行分析比较。内标法在0.05mg/L^1.00mg/L范围内DBP、DEHP线性关系良好,线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9992;回收率为85%~97%;相对标准偏差RSD均小于2.5%。外标法在0.05mg/L^1.00mg/L范围内DBP、DEHP线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9989;回收率介于79%至101%之间;二者相对标准偏差RSD≤5%。建立的内标法、外标法在准确性、经济性、操作性等方面各有优劣,但均能满足白酒中塑化剂的日常检测需要。 In this study, two plasticizer(DBP and DEHP) in liquor was analyzed using GC-MS and determined by internal and external standard methods. In internal standard method, DBP and DEHP had good linear relationship in the range of 0.05mg/L^1.00mg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9997 and 0.9990, respectively. The recovery rates of DBP and DEHP were 85%~97%. Relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 2.5%. In external standard method, the linear correlation coefficient of DBP and DEHP were 0.9997 and0.9989 in the range of 0.05mg/L^1.00mg/L, respectively. The recovery rates were 79%~101%. Relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5%. The established internal and external standard method of DBP and DEHP showed many advantages, such as accuracy, efficiency and simple. Furthermore, two methods could meet the detection needs of the plasticizer in liquor.
