摘要
不同厂家生产聚甲基丙烯酸酯性质存在差异,对油品性质改善作用不同,通常的评价方法,考察黏度指数改进剂的增黏能力、低温性能、抗剪切性能等,不能反映润滑油在使用过程中发生的性质变化,文中采用剪切与氧化评价方法结合,考察聚甲基丙烯酸酯的增黏能力、低温性能、抗剪切性能、热氧化安定性等变化,反映了润滑油的使用寿命。
The polymethacrylate of different manufacturers has different properties and different improving effect on oil property.In general,the thickening ability,low temperature performance and shear resistance of viscosity index improver are investigated,but it cannot reflect the change of nature of lubricants during use.In this paper,the method of shear and oxidation evaluation was used to study the change of thickening ability,low temperature performance,shear resistance,and thermal oxidation stability of polymethacrylate.It can reflect the service life of lubricating oil.
