摘要
随着中国对外开放的深入和经济体量的攀升,以及世界五大知识产权局的深入合作,专利文献翻译的市场需求也在逐年递增。以英文专利申请说明书为语料,概括出英文专利文献的10个语言特点,并针对这些特点探讨了8种翻译策略,以期为专利文献翻译研究和实践提供借鉴。
With the deepening of China's opening up and the rise in economic volume,as well as the indepth cooperation of the world's five major intellectual property offices,patent literature translation market demand is also increasing year by year.This paper,taking English patent application specification as the corpus,sums up ten linguistic features and based on these features eight translation strategies are discussed.Hoping the research can provide reference for patent literature translation research and practice.
