摘要
目的实施精细化护理管理模式,以提高骨科的服务质量。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月至该院骨外科进行治疗的老年患者68例作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予传统管理模式,观察组给予精细化护理管理模式。观察两组患者经不同的管理措施后,住院时间和褥疮、静脉血栓等术后并发症发生情况比较。结果观察组患者住院时间明显少于对照组,其并发症发生率为5.88%,明显低于对照组26.47%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理管理模式能够明显减少高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后并发症发生,促进术后恢复,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To implement the refined nursing management model in order to improve the service quality in the department of orthopedics.Methods 68 cases of senile patients treated in the department of orthopedics from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each,the control group adopted the traditional management model,while the observation group adopted the refined nursing management model,and the length of stay,pressure sore,venous thrombus of the two groups were observed.Results The length of stay in the observation group was obviously less than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower than that in the control group(5.88% vs 26.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The refined nursing management model can obviously reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of senile intertrochanter fracture of femur patients and promote the postoperative recovery and it is of important clinical application value.
