摘要
在"一带一路"的新形势下,国际化交流合作不断加强,资源循环利用产业在当今形势下需要更多复合型的技术人才,从而促进了资源循环科学与工程专业的发展。针对资源循环科学与工程专业学生培养方面出现的师生规模、学科建设、人才培养等方面的问题进行分析,提出从优化课程体系、加强实践教学、精选专业教材、构建精品课程、创立资源循环工程应用型的科研基地与中心、创立校企合作实习基地以及国际交流合作培养等方面促进专业人才培养的途径。
In new situation of "The Belt and Road", resource recycling industry in this situation needs more compound talent with tighter international communication and cooperation, promoting discipline development. Herein, the problem was analyzed on the scale of teacher-student, the disciplines construction and talent cultivation existing in the student-training of resource recycling science and engineering. This paper put forward the ways to promote professional talent cultivation, such as optimizing the curriculum system, practical teaching reinforcement, selection of professional materials, construction of quality courses, founding scientific research base and center of applied resource recycling engineering, establishing the school-enterprise cooperation practice base and international exchange and cooperation.
