摘要
目前,我国在基础设施和公共服务领域大力推广PPP模式,该模式在解决财政困难、提升项目服务效率方面起到了良好的促进作用。近年来,在智慧城市行业的商业模式也取得了重大突破,PPP模式被应用于众多智慧城市项目,文中以"全国PPP综合信息平台项目库"的数据为依据,对我国智慧城市PPP项目的建设现况进行统计分析;结合智慧城市"十三五"市场规模和PPP相关法律法规政策,指出智慧城市PPP项目的未来发展趋势,为智慧城市建设的各方参与者提供参考。
At present, the PPP model has promoted in the Infrastructure and public service in China, and played a good role in solving the government financial difficulties and improving the efficiency of public services. Recently, the business model has a major breakthrough in smart city, and the PPP model is applied in many smart city projects. Based on the data base of the projects of the PPP integrated information platform, the paper statistics and analysis the smart city projects in PPP model, and combines with the its“13th Five-Year”market size and the PPP model laws and regulations relevantly. In the end, it points out the future development trend of smart city in PPP model, and provides the reference for the smart city participants.
