鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤的临床疗效及对视觉诱发电位(VEP)的影响。方法选取68例(68眼)视神经挫伤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例(34眼)。对照组给予糖皮质激素及维生素类药物治疗;观察组在对照组基础治疗上给予注射用鼠神经生长因子30μg+2mL灭菌注射用水肌内注射,1次/d,疗程6周。对比2组患者治疗前后视力、中心视野灰度、VEP潜伏期和波幅、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率91.18%明显高于对照组70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后视力均得到好转、中心视野灰度均下降、VEP潜伏期均缩短和波幅均增加,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中无不良反应(P>0.05)。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子对视神经挫伤临床治疗效果显著,有助于患者视力恢复及VEP的改善,安全性高,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of mouse nerve growth injection on optic nerve contusion and its impact on visual evoked potential(VEP).Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 68cases(68eyes)of patients with optic nerve contusion admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2016,who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 34cases(34eyes).The control group was treated with glucocorticoids and vitamins.The observation group was administered with mouse nerve growth factor 30μg+2mL sterile water injected into the muscle,in addition to what was given to the control group.It was given to the observation group once daily for 6weeks.Patients' vision,central vision field grayscale,latency and amplitude of VEP and adverse reactions before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%,which had significant difference from 70.59% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vision of all cases from both groups got improved,their central vision field grayscale declined,their latency of VEP got shortened,and the amplitudes of VEP increased.The difference was significant((P<0.05).And the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In treatment of optic nerve contusion,mouse nerve growth injection has a significant curative effect.It's helpful for patients to restore their vision and VEP improvement,safe and worth clinical application.
