摘要
目的评价移动护理平台在消化内镜中心健康宣教中的应用效果,指导临床健康教育工作。方法利用自带数据收集系统的移动护理平台收集2016年4月至2017年3月解放军总医院消化科内镜中心用户数据,比较不同推广方式及不同内容点击率情况。结果自平台建立起,APP下载和微信关注人数呈上升趋势。微信用户量明显多于APP用户量,检查预约流程是点击量最高的内容。结论利用移动护理平台开展健康教育,可提供便捷的微信扫描方式来扩大影响力,并根据不同内容点击量指导临床健康教育工作。
Objective To evaluate the application of mobile nursing platform on health education in gastrointestinal endoscopic center to guide clinical health education. Methods By collecting data from June2016 to March 2017 by using mobile nursing platform with data collection system,we compared the downloads of two ways of pushing and click rates of different contents. Results The number of APP downloads and We Chat followers have been on the rising since the platform was established. The amount of We Chat users are significantly larger than APP,and the contents which have the highest click rate are the process of reservation and examination. Conclusion The use of mobile nursing platform especially Wechat scan mode for health education,can provided a convenient way to expand influence,and guide clinical health education according to click rates of different contents.
