摘要
为了探讨青木香对动物腹痛、腹泻的治疗作用机制,采用大鼠离体肠段试验,应用BL-420E生物机能系统,比较青木香提取物对正常肠段及酚妥拉明、氯化钡作用下离体肠段活动的影响,记录大鼠肠段运动的频率和振幅。结果显示,青木香提取物可浓度依赖性地抑制大鼠小肠肠段自发性收缩的频率和振幅;2.5 mg/m L青木香提取物对由氯化钡引起的离体肠段的收缩有明显的抑制作用,而酚妥拉明阻断肾上腺素能受体后,仍能显著降低离体肠段收缩的振幅。提示青木香提取物对小肠蠕动有一定的抑制作用,其对动物腹痛、腹泻的治疗作用可能是通过抑制肠道痉挛而实现的。
In order to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Radix Aristolochiae extracts on animal′ s abdominal pain and diarrhea,rat′s isolated intestine test were conducted by using BL-420 biological function system to compare the effects of Radix Aristolochiae extracts on movement of both normal intestine and intestine treated with phentolamine and BaCl_2,and the frequency together with the amplitude of intestine movement were recorded. The results showed that Radix Aristolochiae extracts could concentration-dependently inhibit the frequency and amplitude of intestine′s spontaneous movement in vitro. Radix Aristolochiae extracts at 2.5 mg/mL had a significant inhibitive effect on the intestine contractions caused by BaCl_2,and significantly inhibit the amplitude of the intestine contraction treated by phentolamin(α-receptor antagonist). It prompted that Radix Aristolochiae extracts had an inhibitive effect on intestinal peristalsis,and the therapeutic effect on abdominal pain and diarrhea may achieve by inhibiting intestinal cramps.
