摘要 以中国科技馆“挑战与未来”展厅为研究场域,借鉴国外成熟的足迹跟踪量表,并做出本土化的改进,记录了观众在该展厅花费的时间、各个展项停留的时间、和展项的互动、与其他人的交流行为等信息,分析了这些信息对观众学习效果的影响,探索了符合观众需求的展览和展品设计方式,并给出了促进观众深层次参观体验的多方面建议. This study drew on the mature tracking scale and made the localization improvement as the statistical data of this research. We tracked the visitors to get the time spent in the exhibition, the time of each exhibit stay, and the exhibition of the interaction with other people and other information in China Science and Technology Museum "Challenge and Future" exhibition, and analyzed the factors influencing the their learning. The design methods of the exhibits in line with the needs of the visitors are explored. Finally, based on the above analysis results, we give a multi-faceted approach to improve the level of visitor learning.
