摘要
高库存不仅占用了大量的企业资金,而且还折射出经营管理中存在的诸多问题,直接影响其整体经济绩效。文中从供应链角度出发,提出连锁企业在抓销售的同时,必须从供应链管理视角,从上、中、下游各环节上,重视库存管理工作,从而有效掌控商品库存。并根据连锁企业长期管理的实战经验,从七个方面提出如何进行有效的库存管理。
High inventory not only takes up a large amount of capital in enterprises,but also reflects many problems existing in the operation and management,which directly affects the overall economic performance. This paper proposes that chain enterprises should pay attention to inventory management from the point of view of supply chain management,including all links of the chain,so as to control inventory effectively. And according to the author＇s actual experience of long-term management of chain enterprises,it puts forward how to carry out effective inventory management from seven aspects.
