摘要
随着物流业的快速发展,物流责任保险也应跟上其前进的步伐。文中通过对比国内外的物流责任保险发展特点,提出了目前的物流责任保险存在的主要问题。并介绍了如何运用风险管理手段完善物流责任保险,构建了物流责任保险风险评估体系,对物流责任保险的发展具有较好的指导意义。
With the rapid development of the logistics Industry,logistics Liability Insurance need to keep up with it. this paper compares the development characteristics of domestic and foreign logistics liability Insurance,presents the main problems existing in logistics liability Insurance. Introduce the way of using risk management to improve logistics liability Insurance,and build the risk evaluation system of logistics liability Insurance,which can be the development of logistics liability insurance of great guiding significance.
