摘要
为了探讨凉粉草含药血清与抗菌药联合使用对连续传代的携带fos A3耐药基因的产CTX-M型ESBLs大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌活性,应用二倍微量稀释法测定各抗菌药及凉粉草含药血清对细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,以凉粉草含药血清的亚抑菌浓度(1/2 MIC)与抗菌药联合使用对大肠埃希菌进行传代。结果发现,凉粉草含药血清联合抗菌药对大肠埃希菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,与凉粉草联合使用可显著增强氨基糖苷类、生物碱类、多磷类、利氟霉素类、磺胺类抗菌药对耐药菌的抑制作用。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Mesona chinensis Benth.-containing serum in combination with antimicrobial agents on fos A3 gene-carrying and CTX-M-producing Escherichia coli（E. coli）. Twofold broth micro-dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration（MIC） of the selected antimicrobial agents and Mesona chinensis Benth.-containing serum against the E. coli strain separately; furthermore, the Mesona chinensis Benth.-containing serum of subinhibitory concentration（1/2 MIC） and antimicrobial agents were co-incubated with the E. coli strain to observe the co-inhibitory effect. The results showed that the combined application of Mesona chinensis Benth.-containing serum and antimicrobial agents had antibacterial activity against the fos A3 gene-carrying and CTX-M-producing E.coli strain, and the inhibitory effects of the selected antibacterial agents including aminoglycosides, alkaloids, polyphosphates,leflunomycin and sulfonamides against the drug resistant E. coli were strengthened by Mesona chinensis Benth..
