摘要
对PTA装置尾气的来源与组成进行了分析,并介绍了目前运用较为广泛的PTA尾气处理技术。针对现有PTA装置氧化尾气VOCs治理的工艺改造路线,从建设规模与投资、运行成本、平面布置和工艺流程方面,重点对比了氧化法中高压催化氧化技术与蓄热氧化技术。
The source and composition of off-gas in the PTA were analyzed, and PTA off-gas treatment techniques that had been applied widely in recent years was introduced. Focusing on comparing the HPCCU and the RTO method, the technological transformation for the VOCs treatment of oxidation exhaust gas in the existing PTA plant was discussed from the aspects of construction scale and investment, operation cost, plain layout and process flow.
