摘要
当前高校图书馆文献采访模式主要有政府采购招标模式、采供一体化模式、网络采购模式、书目订单采访模式。政府采购低折扣中标、网络文献采访费用支出不规范等问题的出现,影响了图书的馆藏质量。在大数据环境下,高校图书馆应该加强法制和政策建设,转变理念,将文献采访工作制度化,合理选择馆配商,加强数字化平台建设,实施读者决策采访机制,建立文献采访信息系统,培养大数据馆员,以便应对挑战,优化采访模式,开展个性化服务。
The current document acquisition modes of university libraries mainly include the government procurement bidding model,the collection and supply integration model,the network procurement model and the bibliographic order acquisition model.There are some problems such as low discount bidding,government procurement bidding limitations and the payment of online procurement costs.In the big data environment,university libraries should strengthen the legal system and policy construction,change the idea,create the literature acquisitioning work system,select reasonable library services,strengthen the digital platform construction,implement the decision-making interview mechanism of readers,establish literature interview information system,train large data librarians so as to deal with the challenges,optimize the interview mode,and carry out personalized service.
