摘要
随着高校图书馆经费的增长,提高图书馆采购管理质量已成为当前图书馆工作中备受关注的重要课题。文章通过对目前采购管理中存在问题的分析,提出了加强采购管理可以采用的几种新模式,指出了进一步强化采购管理的约束机制问题。参考文献4。
With the great strides of academic library funds, improving the library procurement management quality has become an important topic in the current library work. Through the analysis on the problems exsiting in the current procurement management, this paper proposes severa/ kinds of new patterns to strengthen the procurement management and points out the problems of restraining its development. 4 refs.
