摘要
本文简述了CDIO理念的内涵,针对高职酒店管理专业课程在教学实践中存在的一些不足,提出了运用CDIO教育理念于高职酒店管理教学实践中的基本思路。
This paper briefly states the connotation of the educational concept of CDIO. As to the shortages of teaching practice in hotel management courses specialty of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of applying the educational concept of CDIO to the teaching practice of hotel management specialty of higher vocational education.
