摘要
校内生产性实训基地是探索酒店管理专业工学结合人才培养模式改革的良好平台。分析了酒店管理校内生产性实训基地的内涵、教学特点及动作模式,对影响酒店管理生产性实训基地建设的因素进行了初步的探讨。
The training and production center of the hotel management department is a platform which serves the purpose of providing hands-on experience for students.The paper analyses the content,pedagogic features and the mode of practice.The factors which affect the development of the training center are also discussed.
