摘要
教师队伍的整体结构问题是目前我国旅游高等院校师资队伍建设中的重点和难点。本文以北京联合大学旅游学院为例 ,对整体教师队伍以及旅游管理学科 (专业 )教师队伍的结构现状和存在的主要问题及未来的发展趋势进行分析 。
