摘要
产教融合是当代教育系统中独具特色的教学模式之一。随着我国经济发展多元化以及新型工业化的不断发展,高素质的技术技能型人才越来越受到企业的青睐,产教融合使得学校和企业之间进行资源优势互补,其内涵和外延得到进一步的深化和延展,因此能够满足技术技能型人才的市场需求。本文介绍了我校测控技术与仪器专业在校企合作平台的搭建、人才培养模式的建立、课程体系的改革以及"双师型"师资队伍的建设等方面所做的工作及取得的进展。通过本专业在深度产教融合方向的改革与实践之路,探索深度产教融合在高校的实现途径。
The integration of production and education is one Of the unique teacbing modes in the contemporary education system. With the continuous development of China＇s economy and diversification of new industrialization, high-quality technical and skilled talents are increasingly favored by the enterprises, Their connotation and extension have been further deepened and extended. Therefore the market demand for technical and skilled talents could be satisfied. This paper mainly introduces the work and progress in the deep integration of production and education based on the measuring and controlling technologies and instruments in our school, including the construction of the platform for school-enterprise cooperation,the establishment of personnel training mode,the reformation and perfection of curriculum system,training of double-qualified faculty team. This paper explores the methodologies to realize the deep integration of production and education in colleges and universities.
