摘要
培养适应经济发展和符合职业教育发展的师资和应用型高级专门人才一直是我国高校职业教育师资建设和人才培养的研究问题。本文以天津工程师范学院为代表,从学校定位和办学理念出发,分析了学校"一体化双师型"职教师资的创新人才培养模式、教学改革的相关措施和通过教学改革取得的主要成绩。
Vocational education features teacher training and specialist education. Take Tianjin University of Technology and Education as an example. The article exemplifies the notion of vocational education in regard to school orientation, school philosophy, teacher education pattern, teaching reform and teaching achievement.
