摘要
经济新常态对于高校毕业生来说是挑战,也是机遇。本文以日语专业本科毕业生的就业问题为研究对象,对我国经济发展进入新常态以来,北外日语系2014—2016届本科毕业生的就业数据进行分析,并在此基础上从学院角度提出进一步提高日语专业本科生就业质量的具体措施。
To college graduates,new nornmlof economyis both opportunities and challenges. In this paper,the employment problem of college graduates majoring in Japanese is taken as the research object. Since C.hina＇s economic development has entered a new normal,through the analysis of the employment data of 2014-2016 graduates in the Japanese Department of BFSU,On this basis,the paper puts forward specific measures to improve the employment quality of college graduates majoring in japanese.
