论日本“宽松教育”的修正及其启示 被引量:4

The Amendment and Implications of The "Liberal Education" In Japan

摘要 日本自2002年以来为培养学生的"生存能力",开始实施以"宽松教育"为主旋律的基础教育课程改革。这次改革既受到日本社会各界的广泛注目,也遭到了众多非议。特别是随着近年来"学力崩溃"、"学力危机"等焦点问题的升温,将"宽松教育"视为"学力低下"之诱因的呼声更是越来越高。为此日本文部科学省在2009年2月对现行的《学习指导要领》①再次进行修改,这意味着经历了艰难改革历程的"宽松教育"宣告结束。探讨日本基础教育课程的改革,分析其是非曲直,对于我国正在进行的新教育课程改革可提供具有一定借鉴意义的启示。 Japan began to do the reform of the basic education curriculum,which took the "liberal education" as a main theme in order to caculate the students' "viability" since the year 2002.The reform aroused peoples' interest and criticism at the same time.Especially with the warming of the major issues on "collapse of academic ability" and "competency crisis" recently,the voice that taking the "liberal education" as a factor of making"low competency " is growing.Therefore,the Japanese Ministry of Education amended The Guide Principles on Study again in February 2009.It means the end of the "liberal education" which lasts for 10 years' difficult reform.To explore the basic education curriculm reform in Japan and analyze its merits can provide a certain referential significance of the revelation in China.
