玉米杂交种双亲差异互补盐溶蛋白与杂种优势关系研究

摘要 本研究以玉米生产中常用的7个杂交种的12个亲本自交系,以优良杂交种先玉335父本PH4CV为共同父本与其余11个自交系组配的11个杂交组合为试验材料,采用A-PAGE电泳技术,对其种子盐溶蛋白电泳谱带表现特征进行分析,探讨了杂种双亲共显性特征谱带与杂种优势的关系.结果表明:12个亲本自交系种子盐溶蛋白质均具有明显的特征谱带,相互之间可以区别,可视作它们各自的蛋白指纹;先玉335种子不同组分谱带间的差异是一种由核基因控制的遗传性状,而且F1的谱带可以由双亲谱带类型预测和演示. Using good hybrids Xianyu-335 male of PHgCV common parent made 11 hybrid combinations with the other 11 inbred lines of 12 crosses of seven hybrids commonly cultivated maize as experiment material in this study, the characteristic of seed sah-soluble protein electrophoresis band is analyzed by A-PAGE electro- phoresis, and the relationship between heterozygous bimodal characteristic bands and heterosis is also investigat- ed. The results shows that 12 parent inbred lines seed of salt soluble protein have obvious band characteristics and band between each other are difference, which could be regard as their respective protein fingerprints. Xianyu-335 seed jade the differences between different components band are controlled by nuclear genes of a kind of genetic traits, and F1 band could be predicted by parental band type and presentation.
