摘要
研究比较了酯酶同工酶电泳法、蛋白质凝胶电泳法、醋酸尿素聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法3种方法在测试定玉米种子纯度方面的敏感性、多态性、准确性研究,认为醋酸尿素聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法较是较理想的玉米种子电泳纯度鉴定方法。
In order to find a gel electrophoresis method for purity identification of corn seed.The esterase isozyme electrophoresis,protein gel electrophoresis and acetate urea polyacrylamide gel electro phoresis were used to determine the corn seedpurity,and the sensitivity,polymorphism and accuracy were compared.The results showed that acetate urea polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was the best method for identification of corn seed purity in comparison with other methods.
