摘要
目的:提高医学免疫学的教学效果。方法:依据医学免疫学的理论课知识,在课堂中插入相关视频案例,并与其他教学法相结合,在2016级护理学本科中实施。结果:视频案例教学法不仅能增加学生对医学免疫学的学习兴趣,而且能提高学生的自主学习能力和学习成绩,最终较好得掌握免疫学知识。结论:视频案例教学法能提高医学免疫学的教学质量。
Objective： To improve the teaching effect of Medical Immunology. Methods： According to the oretical knowledge of Medical Immunology, inserting the relevant video cases in the classroom, and combing with the other teaching rnethod, applying for the major of nursing. Results： The video cases teaching method not only can increase the students＇ interest in Medical Immunology, but also can improve their autonomous learning ability and achievement. Finally, the student would master the knowledge preferably. Conclusion： Video cases teaching method can improve the teaching quality of Medical Immunology.
