摘要
动物医学专业是一门实践性很强的专业,仅仅靠书本知识无法满足专业需求,也不可能培养出高素质、能力强的兽医人才。高职院校人才培养的目标主要是培养学生的实践动手能力,而加强实践教学、提高学生动手能力能够极大地提升动物医学专业学生的综合能力,为社会提供有用的人才。因此如何提高在校生的实践动手能力是当前高职院校人才培养的核心。本文以高职动物医学专业学生实践操作能力提升为例,分析了当前动物医学专业人才培养的现状及存在的问题,并对如何提升动物医学专业学生实践操作技能进行了教学改革探索。
The specialty of animal medicine is a highly practical profession. It is impossible to train qualified and competent veterinary talents only by relying on book knowledge. The main goal of talents＇ training in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate students＇ practical ability,strengthen practical teaching and improving students＇ practical ability that can greatly enhance the comprehensive ability of animal medical students as well as provide useful talents for the society.Therefore,how to improve the practical ability of students is the core of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Based on the practice of higher vocational medical students to enhance the ability of animal operation as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation of animal medicine personnel training present situation and existing problems on how to improve the animal medical students practical skills of teaching reform.
