摘要
教育管理信息化是实现教育治理现代化的必由之路,其在实践推进过程中仍面临着诸多现实困境,制约着教育治理现代化的发展。在"互联网+"战略背景下,利用"互联网+"力量,构建"互联网+教育管理"新模式,重塑教育管理信息化新生态已然成为支撑教育管理信息化走出现实困境、推动教育管理向教育治理的根本转变、实现教育治理体系现代化的重要思路。"互联网+教育管理"是互联网思维、技术与教育管理的创新性融合,其有效践行对重塑信息化治理理念、落实数据共享及应用、改进管理服务模式、实现有序可持续发展都发挥着重要作用。
Informatization of the education management has become the only way for realizing the modern education administration,which is,nevertheless,restricted by many practical obstacles in the process of the achieving the goal. Fortunately,a new possibility arises against the backdrop of Internet-Plus strategy. Driven by internet-plus, a new model of ＂Internet plus Education Management ＂ is constructed and the new environment for education management informatisation is being re-built. Guided by this, education management informatisation is moving forward and reaching the milestone,where the current situation of education management and governance are converted and the modernized education governance is about to be achieved. ＂Internet plus Education Management ＂ is an innovative combination of conventional education management and internet thinking and technology. The efficient implementation of this new model is playing a key role in multiple realms,such as the re-construction of informatisation management thinking,realizing data sharing and application,improving the service model of management and maintaining sustainable development.
