摘要
阐述了江苏省海洋产业和海洋科技发展的现状,分析了江苏省海洋产业和海洋科技发展存在的问题。在此基础上,从进一步加大海洋科技投入、构筑海洋科技人才高地、大力加强海洋科技创新体系建设三个方面,提出了提升江苏省海洋产业科技支撑力度的政策建议。
The present situation of marine industry and marine science and technology development in Jiangsu province is expounded, and the problems existing in the development of marine industry and marine science and technology in Jiangsu Province are analyzed. On this basis, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to enhance the scientific and technological support of marine industry in Jiangsu province from the aspects of further increasing marine science and technology investment, building marine science and technology talents high ground, and vigorously strengthening the marine science and technology innovation system construction.
