摘要 采用可变磁场CAE弧源PVD技术,利用Al_(70)Cr_(30)材料在HSS基体上制备了AlCrN薄膜,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜以及多功能材料表面试验仪,研究了AlCrN薄膜的物相结构、断口和表面形貌特征。通过相关工艺参数的调整,实现了AlCrN薄膜物相结构的调控,所获得的薄膜硬度达到3700-4000HK,并具有良好的膜基结合力。AlCrN涂层立铣刀、齿轮滚刀试验表明:AlCrN涂层高速钢刀具适合于干式、湿式的切削条件,具有(111)面的择优取向的AlCrN涂层高速钢刀具具有更好的耐磨性及稳定性。 By the CAE variable magnetic field arc source of PVD technology,using of Al_(70)Cr_(30) materials, AlCrN thin film was prepared on the HSS substrate. Using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and multifunctional material surface test,studied phase structure,fracture and surface morphology characteristic of the AlCrN film. Through the adjustment of related process parameters,the control of the structure of the AlCrN film is realized,the film hardness of the obtained film is 3700-4000 HK,and it has a good bonding force of the coating. AlCrN coated vertical milling cutter and gear hob test show that the AlCrN coating high-speed steel cutter is suitable for dry and wet cutting conditions. The AlCrN coated high speed steel cutter with(111) crystal surface has better abrasion resistance and stability.
