摘要
目的分析襄阳市第一人民医院妇科病区住院患者构成情况,为病区管理和发展方向提供参考依据。方法收集2010—2013年该病区住院患者出院记录资料,分析年龄、住院时间及疾病谱特征。结果2010—2013年我院妇科病区共收治8 485例患者,20~40岁占86.23%(7317/8 485),平均住院天数为8.61天;排名前10位的依次为:子宫肌瘤1 235例(14.56%)、宫外孕950例(11.20%)、稽留流产753例(8.87%)、卵巢囊肿483例(5.69%)、先兆流产381例(4.49%)、卵巢癌318例(3.75%)、宫颈癌278例(3.28%)、功能性子宫出血276例(3.25%)、慢性宫颈炎217例(2.56%)和妊娠剧吐178例(2.10%)。这10种疾病占总病例的59.74%(5 069/8 485)。结论医院重视女性患者的医疗需求,积极提供优质的诊疗服务。今后医院应关注妇科病区的建设与发展,更好地为女性患者提供人性化的服务。
Objective To analyze the composition of the patients in the department of gynecology of the first people＇s hospital of xiangyang city and provide a reference for the management and development of the ward. Methods The records of discharged patients in the ward from 2010 to 2013 were collected, and the age, length of stay and disease spectrum were analyzed. Results 8 485 patients were admitted to the gynecological ward of our hospital in 4 years, and 86.23% （7 317/8 485） were aged between 20 and 40 years, with an average of 8.61 days in hospital. Top ten was in turn： uterine fibroids in 1 235 cases （14.56%）, ectopic pregnancy in 950 cases （11.20%）, 753 cases of missed abortion （8.87%）, 483 cases of ovarian cyst （5.69%）, threatened abortion in 381 cases （4.49%）, 318 cases （3.75%） of cervical cancer, ovarian cancer in 278 cases （3.28%）, functional uterine bleeding in 276 cases （3.25%）, chronic cervicitis in 217 cases （2.56%） and 178 cases （2.10%） of hyperemesis gravidarum. These 10 diseases accounted for 59.74% of the total cases （5 069/8 485）. Conclusion The hospital attaches great importance to the medical needs of female patients and provides high quality diagnosis and treatment services. In the future, the hospital should pay attention to the construction and development of the department of gynecology, so as to provide more humane services for female patients.
