摘要
目的分析PBL教学法联合多媒体病例在肝硬化教学中的应用价值。方法将2015年入学的两个班级的学生分别命名为对照组、观察组。在肝硬化教学中,对照组以常规法展开肝硬化教学,观察组以PBL教学法联合多媒体病例法教学,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组理论知识得分、病例分析及总成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝硬化教学中应用PBL教学法联合多媒体病例教学,可提高学生对理论知识与病例知识的掌握程度。
Objective To analyze the application value of PBL combined with multimedia teaching method in the teaching cases in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Two classes of students who were enrolled from 2015 were as control group, observation group, liver cirrhosis in teaching, control group with conventional method of liver cirrhosis in observation group teaching, PBL teaching method combined with multimedia case teaching method. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, case analysis and total score of observation group were obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of multimedia teaching combined with ease of liver cirrhosis, can improve the students' knowledge of the theory and case knowledge.
