摘要 通过工艺危险性分析得出火灾和爆炸是顺酐生产的主要安全风险。通过对生产设备的危险度评价,确认火灾爆炸危险主要分布于苯气化器、氧化反应釜、苯储罐和二甲苯储罐。应用道化学评价法分别求出这些设备固有的火灾爆炸危险指数和采取安全措施补偿后的指数。针对生产及其管理过程中的不足之处提出改进建议,可促进对苯氧化法顺酐生产安全风险的全面防控。 According to the analysis of the risk of the production process,fire and explosion were major safety risks of maleic anhydride production. Through the risk assessment of the production equipment,it was confirmed that the fire and explosion hazards were mainly distributed in the benzene vaporizer,the oxidation reactor,the benzene storage tanks and the xylene storage tanks. The inherent fire and explosion risk indexes of these equipment and the indexes after taking the compensation measures were calculated by Dow Chemical Evaluation method. In view of the deficiency in the process of production and management,some improvement suggestions were put forward to promote the comprehensive prevention and control of the safety risks in the production of benzene oxidation to maleic anhydride.
