顺酐酯化反应宏观动力学模型初探 被引量:1

摘要 以DZH树脂为催化剂,在反应温度100~120℃,反应压力为0.6 MPa,搅拌速率为200r/min的条件下,在高压釜反应器中进行了顺酐酯化反应实验。根据得到的实验数据,采用1stOpt1.0软件中的通用全局优化法进行模拟计算,建立了顺酐酯化反应宏观动力学模型。顺酐单酯化反应活化能约为19.6kJ/mol,双酯化反应活化能为58.35kJ/mol。经过多元线性回归分析和参数检验,证明顺酐酯化反应宏观动力学模型具有较好的可靠性。 The experiment of maleic anhydride esterification on DZH resin catalyst was performed withautoclave reactor. The reaction conditions : the reaction temperature is 100 - 120 ℃, the reaction pres- sure is 0.6 MPa and the stirring speed is 200 r/min. Using the experimental data and the simulating calculation software of lstOptl. 0, macro kinetic model of esterification of maleic anhydride was ob- tained with the computing method of Universal Global Optimization. The activation energy of mono- esterification of maleic anhydride is about 19.6 kJ/mol and the activation energy of double esterifica- tion of monomethyl maleate is 58.35 kJ/mol. The results of statistic test on macro kinetics model of esterification of maleic anhydride showed that the rate equation was rational and reliable by multivari- ate linear regression analysis and parameter verification.
