摘要 针对广西电网某220 kV重要输电线路复合绝缘子断裂问题,依据GB/T 19519—2014和DL/T 1000.3—2015对断裂复合绝缘子及相邻铁塔上挂网运行的12只复合绝缘子进行了机械特性、耐应力腐蚀、憎水性和水扩散试验,并对断裂的复合绝缘子进行解剖分析。结果表明:6只绝缘子机械破坏负荷在1.4倍额定机械负荷以上,憎水性为HC3~HC4级;另外6只绝缘子应力腐蚀试验均不合格。分析认为断裂绝缘子芯棒是非耐酸芯棒,该批次绝缘子产品的耐酸性能较差。对该故障提出整改措施,以避免类似故障再次发生。 In allusion to one fracture fault of the com posite insulator on 220 kV transm ission line of Guangxi power grid,tests for mechanical characteristic,stress corrosion,hydrophobicity and water diffusion were conducted on the fractured com posite insulator and twelve com posite insulators on the neighboring tower according to G B/T 19519 —2014 and D L/T 1000. 3 —2015,and dissection analysis was made for the fractured insulator. Results indicate that m echanical failure load of six insulator are over 1. 4 specified mechanical load(SML),hydrophobicity level is HC3 ~ HC4 and stress-corrosion experim ents on faulted insulators are all disqualified. The reason is analyzed as that the core rod of fractured insulator is a kind of non-acidproof core rod and this batch of insulators are of bad acidproof property. Thus,this paper proposes corresponding rectification m easures so as to avoid similar faults.
