摘要
远程动态心电图监测技术通过移动通信方式远程发送心电数据,由于操作简单,各监测终端的使用人员只需简单培训,便可熟练操作。因此,它可用于除医院内的危重病患者监护外,更重要的是可广泛用于各基层医疗机构、非医疗机构(如养老院)以及需长期进行心电监护的各类人群。它对发作无规律的短阵心律失常及心肌缺血等方面具有明显优势,对降低心血管事件的发生,提高患者的生活质量具有重要价值。本文对远程动态心电图监测系统的组成、检查的操作流程和报告的书写规范进行了归纳总结。
With the monitoring technology of remote ambulatory electrocardiography（AECG）,ECG data are transmitted by mobile communication.Since the remote AECG monitoring system is easy to be operated, users in monitoring terminals would be familiar with its manipulation after simple training.Therefore,be-sides being applied in monitoring critical patients in hospital,more important is that the system can be pop-ularized in primary medical institutions,non-medical institutions（such as geracomiums）and the population who need long-term ECG monitoring.It has obvious advantages in monitoring irregular paroxysmal arrhyth-mia and myocardial ischemia,and also valuable in reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events and im-proving the life quality of patients.This paper summarizes the composition of remote AECG monitoring sys-tem,the operating process of AECG examination and writing standards of AECG report.
