摘要
小组合作学习正受到越来越多的关注,现在已经成为教学研究与探索的焦点。而国内研究者对小组合作学习结合高职工商管理类专业课教学的研究大多是照搬其他学科专业课的教学模式,没有根据具体问题提出针对性的研究。本研究以南华工商学院为例,希望通过在高职工商管理类专业课教学中实践"小组合作学习"教学模式,尝试有效翻转课堂,并对授课班级进行问卷调查和个别访谈,在调研的基础上进行分析探讨,总结要点和创新点,使小组合作学习能够得到更多重视,对高职工商管理类专业课教学能够起到促进作用。
Group cooperative learning is attracting more and more attention and has become the focus of teaching researchand exploration. However, most of the researches on group cooperative learning combined with the teaching of businessadministration courses in higher vocational colleges are mostly based on the teaching mode of other subjects in other majors, andthere is no specific research on the basis of specific problems. This paper takes Nanhua College of Industry and Commerce as anexample. It is hoped that through the practice of “group cooperative learning”teaching mode in professional courses of businessmanagement in higher vocational colleges, the author tries to apply Flipped Classroom effectively, and carry out questionnairesurvey and individual interviews. On the basis of above-mentioned survey, this paper summarizes the key points and innovativepoints, to attract more attention on group cooperative learning, which can playa catalytic role in teaching business managementcourses in higher vocational colleges.
