摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择医院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的高血压合并高脂血症患者102例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组患者予厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。结果观察组总有效率为98.04%,明显高于对照组的84.31%(P<0.05);两组患者血压水平均有明显改善,观察组改善程度更显著(P<0.05);两组患者血脂水平均有改善,观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并高脂血症,可有效控制患者血压和血脂水平,改善预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with atorvastatin calcium in treating hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 102 patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given irbesartan, while the observation group was given irbesartan combined with atorvastatin calcium. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98. 04%, which was significantly higher than 84. 31% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The blood pressure levels of the two groups were significantly improved, and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were improved more obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The blood lipid levels of the two groups were improved, and the total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were improved more obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin calcium in treating hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia can effectively control blood pressure and blood lipid level and improve prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
