摘要
以京津城际铁路为对象,在把握其"公交化"进程及影响的基础上,通过问卷调查与访谈相结含的方式,对乘客的出行需求进行分析,揭示"公交化"运营模式中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的发展对策。结果表明,出行时间分布、出行耗时以及职住分离意愿等体现了乘客的现实需求;未来应从车次密度与客流密度相适应、探索设置自由席位并调整票价、推行一体化公交卡等方面深化改革,并将经验推广至京津冀都市圈,促进区域经济协调发展。
Taking Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway as a case, the paper firstly analyzed passengers' demands for intercity trip based on a full understanding of the process of intercity railway towards mass transit mode and its influences and the questionnaire and interview results.Then, the paper summarized the main problems of intercity railway operation towards mass transit mode and proposed several The results showed that the passengers' demands for mass transit mode were reflected from the distribution of travel origin period, the travel time and the passengers' willingness of separation between workplace and residence. It was suggested that the trains' arrangement density should be consistent with the passenger flow density, and the Non-Reserved Seat should be explored with an adjustment of fare. Also, the relevant departments should promote the integration of cities and intercity transport cards in the future, and applythe experience of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway operation towards mass transit mode to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan circle to promote coordinated development of regional economy.
