摘要 中国正处于装备制造和能源革命迈向智能制造的交汇点,未来新能源装备智造的发展必须有明确的技术路线图来指引。运用词频分析与TOPSIS相结合的分析方法确定新能源装备关键智造化技术,在此基础上,引入技术预见方法分析并构建新能源装备智造化指标体系。通过对指标数据进行分析发现,工业软件、工业物联网、工业机器人三项智造化技术对中国新能源装备制造面向智能制造转型具有重要作用,以技术路线图绘制三项智造化技术在智能制造进程中的发展脉络,为新能源装备制造领域未来工艺流程、产品服务以及运营管理的智能转型提供了参考与借鉴。 China is in the intersection of equipment manufacturing and energy revolution towards intelligent manufacturing. The future development of new energy equipment intelligent manufacturing must have a clear technology roadmap to guide. First, we identify the key intelligent manufacturing technology of new energy equipment manufacturing using a combination of term frequency analysis and TOPSIS. Then we introduce the technology foresight method and construct the new energy equipment intelligent manufacturing index system. Based on the data analysis, we found that industrial software, industrial internet of things, industrial robot plays an important role in the transformation of Chinese new energy equipment manufacturing. After that, we display the development sequence of three intelligent manufacturing technologies in the process of intelligent manufacturing transformation in the form of technology roadmap. The results show that three intelligent manufacturing technologies provide a reference for the intelligent transformation of new energy equipment manufacturing in the process flow, product service and operation management.
