摘要
生物医药领域在近几十年中发展迅猛。由于自身的发展特点,迫切需要进行科学的规划和管理。技术预见是近年来技术创新和管理的研究热点,对生物医药领域的相关产业而言正是很好的科学管理工具。结合发达国家的成功经验,着重对日本和英国开展的技术预见进行了描述、对比,这对中国的生物医药产业很有借鉴意义。
Biomedicine industry is very hot in recent years.As itself characteristic,it needs science management.Technology Foresight is a hot point in the research of technological innovation and management.It is also a useful tool in the Biomedicine industry.In this paper,introduce the background and methods of the Technology Foresight,to centre on the Japan and UK experiences.That will be useful for the development of China Biomedicine industry.
