摘要 ZL204合金的铸造性能差,通过工艺优化和缺陷分析以提升铸件质量。工业CT技术可以观察和分析缺陷三维形貌特征,实现更全面和更准确的铝合金铸造缺陷评价。结果表明,ZL204合金中的组织疏松与工件厚度呈正相关关系,在同一厚度截面上,组织疏松由外至内呈典型的环状分布且严重程度依次递减,中心部位组织均匀,疏松产生原因与凝固过程中的温度场和Cu、Fe等成分偏析有关。 The castability of ZL204 aluminum alloy was relatively poor, but the casting quality can be improved through process optimization and defect analysis. The three-dimensional morphology characteristics of defects can be analyzed by using industrial computer tomography OCT) for evaluating the casting defects accurately and comprehensively. The results demonstrate that porosity structure in cast aluminum alloy was positively correlated with the thickness of sample. On the same thickness of the section, the porosity structures distribute from outside to inside in the form of rings, and the porosity gradually weakened, but the structure near the center was homogeneous. The generation of porosity structure may be related to the temperature field in solidification process and the segregation of copper, iron and other ingredients.
