摘要
在木模、湿型及手工造型的条件下 ,成功生产大型复杂的高强度铝合金 (ZL2 0 4)铸件的过程。在工艺设计方面 ,根据产品结构与合金特性确立铸造工艺方案 ,合理地设计浇注系统、冒口系统、设置冷铁 ;在生产方面 ,严格控制型砂的性能。
We introduced the procedure of the large complicated high strength aluminum alloy (ZL204) cast-base frame under the condition of wooden mould, wet mould and handwork modeling. At the aspect of the founding process design, the foundry technology project is established by the structure and the alloy specific property, and designed the system of gating and riser, installed cold iron. At the aspect of production, we strictly controlled the quality of molding sand, raw material, the smelting process and pouring process parameter of work alloy.
