摘要
在深沟球轴承套圈沟位置的实际测量过程中,目前普遍采用的测长仪反转法和接触式轮廓仪直接测量法存在着一定的误差,在实际测量时会对测量结果带来一定影响。介绍了一种可用于轴承套圈沟位置测量的测量装置和测量方法,利用该测量装置和测量方法,可以显著提高测量精度和测量效率。
The reversal method by length measuring instrument and direct measuring method by contact profiler are generally adopted at present,which have some errors and bring certain influence on measurement results during actual measurement of ring groove position of deep groove ball bearings.The measuring device and method are introduced for measuring ring groove position,the measuring accuracy and efficiency are improved remarkably by using measuring device and method.
