摘要
在人口老龄化时代,养老金制度的健全和完善成为保障老年人权益的关键,对养老金的监管是防范养老金流失、保证养老金保值增值的重要手段。从法理学视角看,对养老金的监管要坚持信息公开、法治化管理、专门机构监管和市场化监管原则,以确保养老金监管的有效性,实现养老金价值的增长,健全和完善养老金监管制度。
In the age of population aging,the improvement and perfection of the pension system is the key to protect the rights and interests of the elderly. The supervision of pension is an important approach to prevent the loss of pension and guarantee its value. From the perspective of jurisprudence,the supervision of pension should adhere to the principles of information disclosure,management by legal regulations,and supervision of specialized agencies and market regulation,so as to guarantee an effective regulation on pension,an increase in value and improvement and perfection of pension system.
