摘要
研究以冰乙酸和异丁醇为原料,膨润土负载硫酸高铈与浓硫酸为复合催化剂合成乙酸异丁酯.将膨润土酸化处理,通过采用酒精浸渍蒸发法制备出酸化膨润土负载硫酸高铈催化剂,并通过FTIR、SEM、BET等手段对其结构和形貌加以表征.研究表明:在100℃,醇酸比为1.12∶1,催化剂的用量1.5g,约为原料的11%,复合催化剂中的浓硫酸为4滴,约为0.2mL,反应时间为120min,酯化率最高可达88.9%.
This paper studies the acetic acid and isobutanol as raw mater ials,bentonite suppor ted Cer ium sulfate and sul furic acid as composite catalyst for synthesis of isobutyl acetate. The processing of bentonite by bentonite acidi f icat ion, alcohol impregnat ion evaporation prepared catalyst of cerium sulfate supported on acidif ied bentonite, and through FTIR, SEM, on the st ructure and morphology of BET and other measure-ments. The results show that: in the 100 D EG C, alkyd rat io 1. 12 : 1 , catalyst dosage 1. 5 g , a b out 11% of the raw materials, concentrated sul furic acid composite catalyst is 4 drops, is about 0. 2 mL, the react ion t ime is 120 min, the esteri f icat ion rate could up to 88. 9%.
