摘要 以硫酸处理杭锦2#土制得的活性白土为载体,采用传统浸渍法制备了SO42-/杭锦2#土固体超强酸,将该固体酸催化剂用于冰乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响.结果表明:在醇、酸摩尔比为2:1,催化剂用量为0.6 g,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为2 h时,酯化率可达99.2%.显示出与硫酸为催化剂相当的活性,且催化剂可重复使用. SO4^2-/Hangjin 2^# clay solid superacid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using activated clay (sulfuric acid-treated hangjin 2^# clay) as the support, n-butyl acetate was synthesized from n-butanol and acetic acid with SO4^2-/Hangjin 2^# clay as catalyst, The influences of reaction condition on the conversion of ester were investigated. The results reveal that the optimum conditions are:the mass of catalyst is 0.6g; the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid is 2:1, reaction temperature is 90℃,reaetion time is 2 h. Under these conditions, the conversion of ester is 99.2%.catalytic activity of SO4^2-/Hangjin 2^# clay is almost equal to sulfuric acid and the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
