摘要
基于委托人-代理人理论建立的"无耻"模型、"无知"模型和"选-罢"模型三大动态博弈模型,揭示了以学校为主的教师评价方式的天然缺陷,提供了教师评价的改进路径:改排课制为"选-罢"制,改职称工资制为绩效工资制,使以学校评价教师为主向以学生评价教师为主转变。
"Shamelessness model ","Ignorance model" and "Choice-Recall model" are three dynamic game theory models,they are all established based on Principal-Agent principle.By using these models, the paper analyzes the limitation of teacher evaluation dominated by school administrators, and provides direction for improvement. "Choice-Recall " mechanism should be established and teacher's wage should be decided by the job performance. Teacher evaluation should be dominated by students.
