摘要
文章结合医疗损害鉴定实务中的案例来分析和思考尸体病理解剖的作用和意义,认为尸体病理解剖是正确、客观、公平开展医疗损害鉴定的前提和基础,对医患双方都公正有益,且对提高医疗损害鉴定的水平和公信力尤为重要。
Combining with examples in the medical damage appraisal practice, this paper analyzes and re- flects on the function and significance of pathologic autopsy, and argues that pathologic autopsy is the premise and foundation of an objective, fair, and correct medical damage appraisal, is fair and beneficial for both doctors and patients, and is especially important to improve the level and credibility of medical damage appraisal.
