摘要
我国于2012年启动城乡居民大病保险并开展了试点,其中"湛江模式""太仓模式"尤为典型——两者都引入了商业保险机构来承办,在一定程度上减轻了大病患者的医疗负担,有利于解决对医疗机构监管难、监管人员配置不足等问题;借鉴其经验,应从充分发挥政府主导作用和激励商业保险机构积极参与两方面入手,以促进我国商业保险机构承办大病保险。
Urban and rural residents serious illness insurance has started in China in 2012, and pilots have been carried out, among which "Zhanjiang Mode" and "Taicang Mode" are especially typical. These two introduce the mode of commercial insurance institutions undertaking, which reduces the medical burden of patients with se- rious illness to a certain extent, helps to solve the difficulties in supervision of medical institutions and insufficient supervision staff. We should draw lessons and give full play to the government leading role and encourage com- mercial insurance institutions to participate actively in order to promote commercial insurance institutions to un- dertake a serious illness insurance in China.
